Most folks enjoy a good margarita, and don’t worry we’ve got one on this list, but take a gander and some of these  scrumptious concoctions!

On Tuesdays, Riverfront Bar & Grill and the Rumba Room of Memphis host Dancing on the Dock which consists of free salsa lessons from instructors at the Rumba Room. Regular Happy Hour pricing is from 4:30 – 7:00 p.m. and on Tuesdays, you can get 3 tequila tastings for $8 all night!  Bring a friend and share in the tasting.  Ask your bartender at Riverfront Bar & Grill for one of their specials (the ones with the asterisk *) or one of these other tasty cocktails.

901 Memphis Mule*

Tequila and Ginger? Who’d have thought it could be so delicious.

Sauza 901 Tequila

Barritt’s  Ginger Beer 

Fresh Lime Juice


2 oz. Camarena Tequila Silver

½ oz. lemon juice

½ oz. simple syrup

2 ginger slices

6 mint leaves

2 oz. ginger beer

Garnish: mint leaves

To make simple syrup, mix equal parts hot water and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Muddle mint, ginger, and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add tequila, lemon juice, and ice. Shake and strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer and stir. Garnish with mint leaves.

Squeeze of  lime 



Tequila Lime Spritzer 

Have your glass rimmed with sugar and start sipping. This one is refreshing and light.

Your choice of a silver/blanco tequila 

Lime soda 

Sparkling water

Cucumber slices and rosemary to garnish (optional)
