You can access the Monorail from the Terminal Building at Front Street and Adams Avenue. If arriving at the Riverfront by vehicle, you may park in the Mud Island Parking Garage at Front Street & Poplar Avenue, then walk one block south to the Terminal Building to access the Monorail.

If you would rather walk to the park, a walk bridge is accessible both from Main Street at Government Plaza (between Adams Avenue & Poplar Avenue) and from the Mud Island Terminal Building at Front Street at Adams Avenue. If arriving at the Riverfront by vehicle, you may park in the Mud Island Parking Garage at Front Street & Poplar Avenue, then walk one block east to Government Plaza or one block south to the Terminal Building to access the walkbridge.

The third option is to drive over the A. W. Willis Bridge, taking the roundabout at the foot of the bridge and driving south on Island Drive. The north end of the Mud Island River Park is just beyond a small parking lot inside the north gate.
