The Southern Hot Wing Festival is a celebration of the chicken hot wing, the drummie, the flat, flap, and everything in between. The event was established in 2003 by a Memphian who felt that the South had more to offer than just great BBQ.
With, on average, around 50+ teams a year, the Southern Hot Wing festival glorifies the almighty chicken (wing). The air will be filled with wafts of wonderful wings for benefit of taste buds and the children of the Ronald McDonald House. Visit southernhotwingfestival.com for information about tickets and more.
